- Remote Monitoring and Control of the deployed fleet.
- Work in 6 to 8-hour shifts - either during the day or night.
- Support Field Service Engineers during commissioning and testing of new systems.
- Provide support for the installed systems and escalate as needed.
- Prepare trend charts and participate in analysis.
- Perform in-process inspection of data and notify the global team of anomalies.
- Escalate solutions to known system failure modes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
